Extension until the end of February for registration in the electronic waste register!

It is extended until February 28, 2017 and the electronic registration and registration in the Electronic Waste Register (HMA) must be completed with the amendment of Joint Ministerial Decision 43942/4026/2016. The submission of the annual Waste Reports for the years 2015 and 2016 by 31 May 2017 is also prolonged. Instructions for use are published on the thematic web site (http://wrm.ypeka.gr).

WHAT IS THE ELECTRONIC WATER REGISTER (HEMA)

The Electronic Waste Register (HMA) is an electronic service (4th level) provided by the Ministry and includes the electronic registration of the obliged entities (Companies and Organizations) in the register and at the same time supports the registration of their activities (Collection and Transmission Facilities ) In conjunction with the declaration of the waste they manage and the permits that substantiate them.

It also covers the obligation to submit the Waste Report in accordance with the new tables drawn up by the RIS Working Group. It also enables HMA administrators to generate reports by processing the information entered into the information system by the obligated users.
