Guide for completing an application for heating allowance

A Guide to completing the heating allowance application by both beneficiaries and apartment building managers was issued by the General Secretariat for Public Revenues. The detailed instructions from Gsis describe step by step the taxis application for the heating allowance.

Beneficiaries wishing to receive financial support by the end of the year have 11 days to submit their application. For applications submitted after December 31, the payment will be made until June 30th. According to the Finance Ministry's decision, payment of the heating allowance is made through bank or other credit institutions.

In the case of applications where there are doubts as to the conditions for granting the allowance, after the necessary clarifications and checks if the applicant is found to be the beneficiary, the amount of the heating allowance may be paid until 13 October 2017.
