By virtue of the Ministerial Decision 37776/2645/2017 and the corresponding Government Gazette 1882 / Β / 30-5-2017, the terms and conditions for the establishment and operation of the Private Service Stations for the service of vehicles and works machines (owned or contracted by any form with the owner or owner of the private service station) as well as other operational needs of all types of construction sites, mines, quarries and other temporary installations, as well as any other necessary detail.
